EGGS

We use advanced technology and our monitoring systems optimizes temperature, oxygenation, and cleanliness, improving survival and quality. High water quality and an experienced team ensure healthy embryonic development and rapid problem correction. Ensuring animal welfare from the start promotes robust fish development.

Incubation: 0 – 56 days (8 weeks)
Water temperature: 4°C – 8°C (Water reuse)

FIRST FEEDING

Automated feeding and monitoring systems provide precise and consistent food to fry, maintaining a healthy environment and reducing diseases. Technicians quickly adjust feeding rates and environmental conditions, improving performance and reducing stress, which promotes better growth and development.

Start feeding: 75 days (10,7 weeks)
Water temperature: 12°C – 15°C (Recirculation)

FRY

Fry rearing, utilizing I-RAS technology, benefits from advanced water recirculation and treatment systems that maintain stable and optimal conditions for growth. Water quality is key to minimizing diseases and promoting uniform and healthy growth. An experienced human team ensures efficient management, providing necessary care at all stages of fry development and ensuring their overall well-being by providing a stress-free environment.

PRE SMOLT

Smoltification with I-RAS benefits from advanced systems that ease the transition to saltwater. The system’s adaptability and design for varying densities are crucial. Water quality plays a fundamental role in reducing stress and mortality during this critical transition. Our experienced supervisors and technicians ensure a stress-free preparation for smolts, enhancing survival and performance at sea with high animal welfare standards.

DELIVERY

During shipping, advanced transport systems ensure that smolts arrive in optimal condition. Maintaining water quality is crucial to prevent stress and mortality during transport. Our experienced team ensures proper handling, reducing stress and mortality rates. This careful handling ensures fish welfare, leading to improved performance in subsequent phases.
